Our production sites: at the heart of solar industrialisation
From the pilot line at Bourget-du-Lac to industrialisation at Le Cheylas, Heliup has structured its production capacity to meet the growing needs of the solar market.
Heliup pilot line
HELIUP has a pilot line at its Bourget-du-Lac site in Savoie dedicated to pre-production and the development of new product ranges.
This pilot line has a surface area of 600 m² and a production capacity of 500 to 1000 panels per month.
Fully automated production line
The company has a fully automated 4,000 m² production line with an annual capacity of 100 MWp, i.e. production of more than 350,000 panels/year.
The line, located in Le Cheylas in the Isère region of France, incorporates the latest generation of manufacturing and quality control equipment.
The 100 MWp line represents a key step in the move to industrial scale.
