Industrial Production Line Operator (M/F)
The Industrial Production Line Operator is a key member of the production team, responsible for carrying out production line tasks to contribute to the company’s production objectives. The operator is essential for guaranteeing the quality, efficiency and productivity of the production line.
Main Responsibilities and Missions :
Operation of the Production Line:
- Ensure the smooth running of the production line by following the procedures and instructions provided.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from the line.
- Check product quality and report any anomalies or non-conformities.
Basic maintenance:
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, greasing and replacing worn parts.
- Report technical problems to the maintenance department.
Safety :
- Comply strictly with the safety standards in force on the production site.
- Report any incident or dangerous situation to management.
Productivity and efficiency:
- Work closely with the production team to maintain optimum output.
- Contribute to the achievement of production targets within deadlines.
Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of production operations, quantities produced, and hours worked.
- Report production data to the team leader.
Cleaning and Organisation:
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the production line.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- First experience in industrial production is an asset.
- Ability to follow instructions and work methodically.
- Good physical condition and ability to work standing up for long periods.
- Compliance with safety standards and quality protocols.
